COVID-19 Update from Dynamic Websites
We know the COVID-19 restrictions are affecting many businesses. This includes many Dynamic Websites clients.
We are closely monitoring the restrictions and the impact they are having. Because of this we have suspended face to face meetings. However, we are still in contact with clients either via telephone or Zoom.
Other than this measure it is business as usual for Dynamic Websites, as all our staff already work remotely. But, as we know it is not business as usual for a lot of our clients, we are doing a few things to make life easier for our many valued clients.
1. COVID-19 Update on Clients' Websites
Where we provide the hosting services for a client’s website we have offered a free service. This free service is providing an update on the home page letting people know if they are still operating during the COVID-19 crisis, and if so, if there are any changes to the way they do business.
The details listed may include the suspension of face to face meetings, details of any COVID-19 Infection Control Training undertaken or heightened hygiene practices implemented.
2. Pausing Google Ads Campaigns
We have allowed all our clients who use Google Ads to advertise their business to pause their campaigns indefinitely. This includes our management fee. Unlike, other businesses that lock in clients into long term contracts, we have neither believed in this policy and allow clients to manage their campaigns from month to month. This means if they go on holidays they can pause their campaign (including our management fee). However, we took this approach to the next level when the Government increased restrictions rapidly. We did this by letting clients pause their campaign immediately.
We will be ready to manage our client’s paused Google Ads campaigns as soon as restrictions are eased and the economy starts to improve.
3. Free SEO
We are also helping out by providing free SEO for a month to our clients affected by COVID-19 that we already provide SEO services to. We are doing this as we know it is best to continue with SEO, rather than pause it. This means our clients’ websites will be ready when things start to improve again and have a competitive advantage over others who have had to pause their campaign because of financial constraints.
