Who they are
We are very pleased to introduce a new website for our client UNEED Electrical & Appliance Services. Jack, who owns and operates UNEED Electrical & Appliance Services, already had two existing websites – one for his general electrical services and another one for his appliance repair business. However, he wanted to highlight his unique one-stop service of being both a licensed electrician and an appliance repair technician.
In particular, Jack wanted to emphasize, as much as possible, that if someone has an electrical appliance that stops working he will fix it – no matter if the appliance is broken or if there is an electrical fault. With Jack and his team’s unique skill set there is no longer a need for people to pay two call-out fees to fix one problem.
The project
The project was to build a website that highlighted Jack’s unique skill set. This meant we had to clearly set out all the services that Jack and his team provide. As well, we needed to show how, in particular, Jack could make the lives of estate agents and property managers easier by providing his one stop service.
A special feature of this website is that it connects the contact forms with Jack’s ServiceM8 account. This allows him to convert contact forms into work-orders and allocate them to his team in a very slick manner. Perfect for the tradesman or business that wants to stream line their bookings.
The end result
The website is now online and has a great look and feel. It clearly sets out all the services that Jack and his team provide, as well as where he provides them. The website also uses the unique colours of Jack’s fleet of vans and business cards to reinforce his branding.
