How we use AI to Help Grow Small Businesses

That’s why we attended a recent seminar by AWS (Amazon Web Services) about Leaning into AI (Artificial Intelligence). The overall theme of the seminar was how to using AI to unlock growth for both business large and small.
In particular ChatGPT has created a lot of buzz in the news recently. Part of this is because it is great AI technology. The other reason is it is free to use. This means it opens up opportunities for small businesses to use AI technology to grow.
Here are a few of the ways we are using it to assist in providing SEO (Search Engine Marketing) services to our small business clients:
1. Creating content for websites
ChatGPT is able to create content for websites. Using ChatGPT is a great starting point and saves a lot of time doing research on a topic when we are looking to add a new page to a website. However, Google has stated that it has the tools to identify AI generated content and will penalise websites that simply upload it without using the ‘human touch’. That’s why we continue to make sure that what we add to a website is helpful, reliable and people first content.
2. Creating Great SEO Headings
One of the best ways to improve SEO rankings is to have interesting headings that introduce the topic of a page. However, sometimes it can be hard to come up with just the right words. ChatGPT is great at coming up with different ideas that we can then test for SEO purposes.
3. Report Generation
Providing monthly reports to our clients to let them know how their SEO or Google Ads campaign is tracking is important. We already have a lot of the reports automated. However, ChatGPT is enabling us to take this to a new level. With less time spent on reports we have more time to focus on generating great results for our clients.
